How to Make a Complaint

Every homeowner who contacts Responsibleanywhere Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

If You Have a Problem With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one manages its own quotes, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly. Keep your notes in writing.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Responsibleanywhere Garage Doors cannot resolve contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@responsibleanywhere.property and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number or form you used, if you know it
• The provider's name, if you have it
• What happened and what result you would like

Our Next Steps

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it. That may include contacting the provider. We will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
